Daarshifa is a non-profit organization. After funding operating expenses, the remainder of revenues is given to local charities operating in Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia and the U.A.E. Supported Charities Yoo Halfa - Yoo Halfa is the umbrella organization for Al-Diwan Al-Halfawi Group which supports orphans, widows, special needs children and children below the age of 21 needing medical assistance. Respect our Elders Foundation – Is dedicated to assisting Elders of the age of 65 years of age in performing Hajj. Crescent Founding – Is a charity focused on teaching Quran and Islamic sciences to children.
